Parents of Halina Konopacka were originating from Rawa Mazowiecka, Marianna Raszkiewicz and Jakub Konopacki who was born in old noble family.

Halina Konopacka was the youngest of three siblings.

Her oldest brother – Tadeusz Lucjan Konopacki (1895-1990) was a football player of Polonia Warszawa from 1915 to 1920. He also practiced athletics. In ’20 he was lieutenant of Wojsko Polskie. He was lecturer of Centralna Wojskowa Szkoła Gimnastyki i Sportów in Poznań and of Centralny Instytut Wychowania Fizycznego in Warsaw.

Her sister Czesława (1899-1950) was the only one of three sibling who didn’t do any sports, even though her father, tennis player encouraged her to physical activity.
