Distinctions and merits

After his death, the actor was awarded the Commander's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta, but these weren't his only awards and prizes. During his lifetime, Krzysztof Kolberger showed himself in many aspects. Before 2000, Krzysztof Kolberger won many awards, ie the PWST Rector's Award in Warsaw - awarded to graduates for creative achievements in the first two years of work in the theater, the Prize of Leon Schiller, granted by SPATiF for a young actor, Silver Cross of Merit, Award of the Chairman of the Committee for Radio and Television; Artistic award of the youngsters Włodzimierz Pietrzak Publishing House PAX Association, Award for the role of Piotr Osto-Okędzki in the film Krzysztof Zanussi Contract at the 9th Koszalin Film Meetings "Młodzi i Film", Award of the chairman of the Committee for Radio and Television (team) for acting achievements, especially for introducing the historical figure, Dezydery Chłapowski, in the television series The Longest War of Modern Europe, directed by Jerzy Sztwiertnia, Special Award (team) of the chairman of the City Council of Kalisz for the creators and producers of the performance Pan Tadeusz, directed by Jan Englert at the 31st Kaliski Theater Meetings. In the branch of acting, he became a laureate in the competition "Master of Polish Speech" and got a "Golden Microphone" award in 2005. The actor did a lot for culture and he was rewarded with the badge "Merited Culture Activist" and the Gold Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis. In 2009, additionally, Krzysztof Kolberger won the "Grand Splendor" award and the "Totus" award.
